Debit cards and credit cards might look similar, but they function quite differently. Here is a quick comparison:

Debit Cards

• Linked to: Your bank account
• Payment: Immediate
• Interest: None
• Limit: Your account balance

Credit Cards

• Linked to: A credit line
• Payment: Monthly bill
• Interest: Charged on unpaid balance
• Limit: Pre-approved credit limit

Once you receive your Orlando Credit Union Visa Debit Card, you’ll need to choose a Personal Identification Number (PIN). Simply call 855.887.3944 toll-free anytime to activate the card and select a PIN.

If your card already has a PIN, here are three ways to change it:

1. Call 855.887.3944 toll-free anytime. You’ll need to provide your current PIN in order to choose a new one.
    
2. Change your PIN at an Orlando Credit Union ATM. You’ll need to provide your current PIN.
    
3. Visit one of our Orlando Credit Union branch locations.
