The meeting will include the election of directors. The nominating committee has met and submitted the following nominations:

Grace Ann ChewningGrace Ann Chewning

Grace Ann Chewning has been a member of Orlando Credit Union since 1954. After election to the Orlando Credit Union Board of Directors in 1964, she has served as President, Vice President, Secretary and currently as Treasurer. Credit Union credentials include membership on the NAFCU Quarter Century Honor Roll, certification by the Florida Credit Union League and the Credit Union National Association.

Professional Experience:

Orlando City Council Secretary (1953-1972), Administrative Aide to the City Council (1972-1974), Deputy City Clerk (1974-1976), City Clerk (1976-2002).

Education:

William R. Boone Senior High School

Valencia Community College, AA, with Honors

Rollins College, BS, Business Administration, with Honors

Rollins College, mid-way through L.S. Master’s Degree

Maria Caulder

Maria Caulder

Maria Caulder currently works as the Finance Manager for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County. Maria strives to provide optimal financial solutions and options to our Member/Owners. Her volunteer service started as a Supervisory Committee Member from 2006 to 2014 and continued as a Director on the Board in 2015. She is a graduate from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

Christopher McCullionChristopher McCullion

Christopher McCullion currently works as the Chief Financial Officer for the City of Orlando. He has a deep appreciation for the non-profit role of the credit union in providing access to loans and financial services to members as well as helping them achieve financial security.

Credit Union Experience:

Has served on the board of Orlando Credit Union since 2008

Education:

Bachelor’s degrees in business administration (finance/economics) and political science and a Master's Degree in Business Administration, all from the University of Florida
