Orlando Credit Union will be conducting its 89th Annual Meeting virtually and in-person. Please join members of the Orlando Credit Union Board of Directors on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 5:00pm EDT.

The meeting will include the election of directors. The nominating committee has met and submitted the following nominations:
F.J. Flynn
F.J. Flynn is currently serving as the Chairman on the Orlando Credit Union Board of Directors.
F.J. works for the City of Orlando as a Deputy Chief Administrative Officer. In his current role, he oversees the City’s Transportation, Public Works, Sustainability and Families Parks and Recreation Departments. In addition, as a 25-year veteran of the City, F.J. has held multiple roles involving planning, economic development, infrastructure and public safety.
Prior to public service, F.J. spent four years in finance where his responsibilities included Operations, Audit and Evaluation, General Ledger Maintenance, Loan Underwriting, Customer Service and Training.
F.J. earned his Planning Degree from the University of Florida and received his MBA from the University of Miami where he graduated with honors.

H. Vince Preston
An Orlando native, Vince spent over 2 decades in public service, rising through the ranks of the Orange County Fire Rescue department to the mayoral appointed position of Division Chief. Upon retirement in 2014, he began in the financial sector as a licensed Financial Advisor helping clients on retirement planning and insurance needs.
In 2018, Vince joined the Orlando Utilities Commission where he serves as the Director of Logistics overseeing the materials supply, fleet and facilities for the 2nd largest public utility in Florida.
He holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in management, receiving a Bachelor of Science in 1997 from National Louis University in Florida and a Master of Arts in 2000 from the University of Phoenix online. Additionally, Vince is a certified Paramedic and Firefighter.
