Orlando Credit Union will be conducting its 88th Annual Meeting virtually and in-person. Please join members of the Orlando Credit Union Board of Directors on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 5:00 pm EDT.

The meeting will include the election of directors. The nominating committee has met and submitted the following nominations:
Lawrence Strawn
Lawrence has served on the Orlando Credit Union Board of Directors since 2006. During this time on the Board, the Credit Union weathered the downturn in the economy and increased its assets to over $300 million.
For the past twenty-four years Lawrence has worked for Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) where he manages the Corporate Analytics and Planning business unit. His responsibilities include forecasting, long-term financial modeling and developing innovative pricing strategies to meet customer’s needs while insuring OUC remains financially sound. Additionally, he performs financial analysis that aids OUC in its strategic business decisions.
Prior to his career at OUC, he worked for nine years as the administrative manager for a plastic bottle manufacturer in Orlando, Florida. During his time there he worked on budgeting, customer service and scheduling production lines.
Lawrence is actively involved in the community by serving as Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 23. He previously served as a volunteer youth minister at the Cathedral Church of St. Luke for ten years.
In 1988, Lawrence graduated from the University Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He continued his education at the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College and finalized his MBA degree in 1990. His passions are woodworking, camping, and spending time with Holly, his wife, and their two sons.
Andrew DiLoreto
Andrew DiLoreto recently retired from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office where has served many roles over his 33 year career, most recently as Comptroller.
Andrew was recently elected to the Board of Directors in April 2022. He previously served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee from 2008 to 2022 and has been a member of the Supervisory Committee since 2002.
Education: Bachelor’s degrees in business administration from the University of Central Florida.
